Wednesday Dec. 2 @10:30am: The Snohomish County Council set time and date for a public hearing on this issue. One defines certain conduct in public as "lewd" and makes it illegal. The other provides for regulation of any business which engages in retail sales when dressed as "partially nude" (defined in the ordinance) as an adult business. Retail sales in such businesses when "nude" (also defined-includes some covering) is prohibited. We need both ordinances supported and to urge the council not to delay in their action. The hearing is located in the Jackson Board Room. 3000 Rockefeller, Everett (next to the courthouse) We are on the 8 th floor and you will see a sign in sheet for comments. Please attend if you can.

What we missed: Monday 10/12 the Lynwood city council took a strong stand on indecent exposure....BRAVO! They get it....This was unanimously approved by all Lynnwood city council members.
